From a young age, I always wanted to help people in one way or another. I am fascinated by how people react to certain situations, how they think, and the different ways they process emotions. Having struggled with anxiety and depression in the past, along with relationship issues, I know how it feels to be stranded with these feelings, and my main goal in life is to help others feel supported and reach a better place.
Before becoming a specialist in couples therapy in Swindon, Royal Wootton Basset, Highworth, Crickdale, and Faringdon, I worked closely with Gingerbread, a UK-based charity that helps single parents. Having acquired my professional psychotherapy credentials at the Institute of Education at University College London, I went on to train at the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships (TCCR), an operational unit of the Tavistock Institute of Medical Psychology. I continue to work at the TCCR as a Visiting Clinician once a week, and remain committed to CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
